Calculator inputs and shared results
Ordinary calculator calculations run in your browser. The calculation feature does not submit the figures you enter to our server. No account or email address is required to calculate. Printing and saving a PDF use your browser’s print function.
A shared result link can include calculator inputs in its URL. Anyone who receives that link can view those figures. URLs may also be recorded in browser history or hosting access logs when opened. Avoid entering or sharing confidential financial information.
Chrome extension: DSCR Calculator Pro
This policy also applies to “DSCR Calculator Pro | dscrcalculatorpro.com.”
The extension processes user-entered rental income, operating expenses, loan amount, interest rate, loan term, target DSCR, and payment mode to calculate debt coverage, payments, cash flow, and estimated borrowing capacity.
Calculations run locally on your device. The extension uses the storage permission to save your latest inputs in Chrome’s local extension storage (chrome.storage.local) and restore them when reopened. Calculator inputs are not transmitted to us or third parties.
The extension does not access browsing history or webpage content, and contains no advertising or analytics tracking. We do not sell or share extension inputs, use them for advertising, or use them to determine creditworthiness or make lending decisions.
Saved inputs remain until overwritten or the extension is uninstalled. “Reset example” replaces saved inputs with example values. Uninstalling the extension removes its local storage. You can view and change saved values by reopening the calculator.
Clicking a website link opens dscrcalculatorpro.com. The website practices described elsewhere in this policy then apply; the extension does not include your calculator inputs in that link.
Our handling of extension user data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Email communications
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information in your message. We use that information to respond, investigate problems and handle privacy requests. Email delivery and storage involve the email service providers used by you and the site operator. Please send only information needed for your request.
Hosting and technical information
Serving the website requires processing technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser details and request time. Hosting systems may record this information in access, error or security logs to deliver the site and investigate faults or abuse. Hosting and email service providers can process information as part of providing their services.
Cookies and browser controls
The calculator does not require advertising cookies to perform its calculations. WordPress uses cookies for administrator login and preferences. Hosting or security services may use cookies for operational purposes. You can inspect, block or delete cookies in your browser; blocking login cookies can prevent administrator sign-in.
Advertising and analytics
At this policy’s publication, the public homepage has no Google AdSense or Google Analytics script and no calculator email lead form. This policy will be updated if those services or a follow-up form are introduced.
If Google AdSense advertising is introduced, Google and other participating advertising vendors may use cookies or other identifiers to serve ads based on visits to this and other websites. Google’s advertising cookies can enable personalized ads. Users can manage Google ad personalization through Google My Ad Center and manage third-party advertising choices through the relevant vendor’s controls or the Digital Advertising Alliance’s consumer choices service. Any required consent controls must be available before advertising technologies requiring consent are used.
Retention and privacy requests
Contact correspondence is kept as needed to handle the request and related follow-up, subject to applicable legal or security requirements. Technical log retention depends on the hosting service and its configuration. Email admin@dscrcalculatorpro.com to ask about information held about you, request access or correction, or request deletion. We may need proportionate information to verify a request; please do not send identity documents unless a secure and necessary verification method has been agreed.
The rights available and any exceptions depend on applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or security. Browser history, files you download and shared links held by other people are outside the site’s direct control.
